oh this weekend was a blast 🙂 ended far too soon. It was girls weekend at the beach, we went to celebrate our birthdays! Two of my best friends since middle school, Ali and Britt came into town and our birthdays are all within a few weeks of each others so we decided to make it a birthday celebration. My roomies Laur and Ash came too, and we met up with Meg and Trace at the beach.

First stop ? Seacrets!  Seacrets is a bar in Ocean City that makes you feel like youre in another world. You feel like you’ve hopped off the boat and jumped onto an island. Nothing is better than seacrets during the day. they have rafts out on the water, and waitresses come up with your drink orders.

We got there pretty early and stayed there the whole day. After some drinks and being in the sun for so long, it really wipes you out. It was a necessary nap time, and then we got ourselves together, grabbed some food and got ready for the night.

 

We ended up staying at a place with an amazing deli next door. So many sandwich combos? and what to pick? I decided on one that had roast beef, turkey, cheddar, and russian dressing on pumpernickle. High quality sandwiches, and were exactly what we were in the mood for.

After getting ready we headed on down to Macky’s. This bar is so fun too, and the dj knew exactly what we wanted to hear! We practically danced the night away, with the occasional fog mist blown at you that we jumped around in to cool ourselves down.

They had little buckets of Orange crushes that were the best ones i’ve ever had. Orange crushes I believe are a Maryland drink. It’s fresh squeezed OJ, orange vodka, and some sprite. DELISH!

When we woke up the next morning, we needed breakfast ASAP. We drove to Dunkin Donuts and I got myself a veggie egg white flat bread sandwich. I would love to say I took a pic, but I was so famished that it was gone before you could blink an eye.

 

The rest of the day was spent on the sand. Amazing weekend with my amazing friends! 🙂
