Yesterday was a good monday, it started off rainy and nasty out but ended up beautiful! I started out the day with some yogurt and heart 2 heart with a little bit of pumpkin granola on top and flax. This lasted me until about 10 when I dug out the Odwalla super protein bar that Jasmine gave me. This was really good! I’ve been wanting to try it for a while. It reminded me of an oatmeal raisin cookie and theres nothing bad about that! Love Odwalla.
For lunch I went home and made myself a wrap. Grilled it of course 🙂 It had turkey, laughing cow, hummus, spinach, artichokes, and roasted red pepper. This baby was stuffed and oh so good!
My mid day snack was some raw almonds and a pink lady apple! I love how tart the pink ladies are and at Whole Foods I got a bag of 5 of them for $2.50. Not too bad i think!
My friend Brooke and I had plans for the night to make dinner and watch THE HILLS! When i got home from work, I walked over to Whole Foods to pick up some goods. We decided on pizza, so I got a WW pizza crust, some mozz and mushrooms, and used a lot of the ingredients I had in my fridge. Brooke, Lauren and I made the best pizzaa! It had onions, mushrooms, spinach, roasted red pepper, sundried tomatoes, and artichokes. We really loaded this thing up. Of course I topped mine with some red pepper flakes and some garlic powder!
Is anyone as obsessed with The Hills as I am? This season looks sooo good! It’s def my guilty pleasure show!
Tonight i’m planning on going for a 4+ mile run. Hoping for a good one! i’ve gotten really comfortable at a 3 mile distance, but really need to push through that. the 10k is less than 2 weeks away! EEK so i’ve got to get moving!
