Gleeful Giveaway!

Hellooo!  Hope you all had a great Monday 🙂

Yesterday for brekkie I had some plain yogurt with some Kashi heart 2 heart and some of my mix my granola on top. My granola’s almost gone 😦 it was soooo good.

My lunch was inspired my Megan over at Healthy on the Run. She’s a fellow Baltimore girl and has been raving over these Tempeh Facon Bacon strip wraps. I cooked up 3 strips of the “bacon” and put it in the wrap with some hummus, avocado, and some of my annie’s bbq sauce. This was reallly good and now I can completely see why she eats these all the time.  This was my first time trying tempeh and I liked it! I wanna try the regular kind now too.

Then I heated up a rice pudding and added some cinnamon… ah heaven

After work I went home to get a few more things and got to eat some lasagnaaaa. my mom makes such good lasagna and its always better the next day…. she made it the night before, so yesterday the lasagna was perfect. Had to cut it up into smaller pieces to get it to heat through jusstttt right. Miss moms cooking already haha.

In addition to getting some amahzing food, I also got a packageeee! Molly from Glee Gum sent me over some GOODIES!

You make them out of seaweed! Everythings included in the kit, and you can make your own gummi bears, worms, fish, or any other shape. They can be made either on the stove or the microwave. The instructions are really easy, and in about 30 mins you have made your own candy. How cool is this?
