tiger butter rooarrrr

February 12, 2009

Ooh the tiger butter turned out perfectly! They were sent out this morning after i cut them into pieces. since the edges weren’t straight i trimmed them up, and tasted the goodness. so good, the mighty maple really pulled the flavor through and this is the best fudge ever. I’m so glad it was bought otherwise i couldn’t promise i wouldn’t eat the whole thing. There were 30+ pieces in the batch, it makes a TON. Heres the huge slab, and then a sneak peak at some of the pieces.

These are ridiculously easy and quick to make. Here’s the recipe if anybody wants it! theres only 3 ingredients!! and they are melt in your mouth good πŸ™‚

This morning it was back to my bowl of oats, finally had some time to cook them. perfecto.Β  My mid morning snack was a bowl of fruit and i had a little baggie of puffins to go along with it. I might have to put myself on a puffin hiatus. I believe i may have a serious addiction. I don’t eat other cereal the way i eat these. they just want you to snack on them!

At the gym today I switched things up a little. i did 15 minutes on the stairmaster, and 15 doing hills on the treadmill. I always forget how tough the stairmaster really is. 15 minutes wasn’t easy. at all. I didn’t do yoga last night, so its on the agenda for tonights activities. I think next week i’m going to take the bikram yoga at the studio that I am taking my yoga 1 classes. I wanna try again! they offer it on tuesday nights. The other class I took was in Baltimore, and that was their specialty and was a little too hard for me. Maybe this one will be a little more my pace? i hope so, im excited!

Β

Lunch was a dairy free amys burrito rounded out with a cookie i made last night. These cookies are so moist compared to the yoga cookies i make. i love those, but these ones are reallllllllyyy tasty!!!! and really, the simplest to make.

I have indeed heard of ChaLean! I am so curious as to what the difference is – I think it’s definitely more female friendly, so I kind of wish I would have done more research! But I loooove P90x, so I don’t think you can go wrong πŸ™‚ Let me know if you decide to get one of them!
